of goods in the warehouse.
KAMAJAYA LOGISTIC
Kamajaya is a company engaged in the field of warehousing ,
which is located in the great sultan 28 miles from Harapan Baru, Bekasi .
Bekasi is Kamajaya Logistics Logistics branch in Surabaya. Spacious Kamajaya
warehouse logistics warehouse 6,500 m2 and in 9524 there vallet . Kamajaya
Logistics handles inbound and outbound processes as 36000/day . Kamajaya
Logistics is a major consumer of PT Arnotts so a lot of food products such good
time , nyam - nyam , from PT Arnotts are stored in the warehouse Kamajaya .
Kamajaya Logistics uses SKU ( Stock
Keeping Unit ) or identikasi goods to facilitate the conduct of the search item
. Goods that exist in this Kamajaya including fast moving goods warehouse so it
uses the term FIFO ( First In First Out ) . Items are stored is not more than 2
weeks in the warehouse . Goods - goods are directly distributed to the Modern
Trade like Carrefour , alfamart ,etc. and also distributed to GT ( general
trade ) as an agent or branch , until distribution to the outer islands . Kamajaya
Logistics warehouse warehouse has two domestic and export warehouse . This is
the reason to make the switch easy to pick up and look for items in the
warehouse if there is an error . There are two types of racks in the warehouse
, such as the rack in single and double rack inside . Kamajaya very careful -
careful in the process of moving goods from warehouse to warehouse or transport
vehicle so as to avoid mistakes or accidents that could hurt the company and
employees .
AGILITY LOGISTICS
Agility Logistics is not far from the Logistic Kamajaya in
the same area. Only Agility logistical just save like nike and other sports
products. There are unique things that I see in Agility Warehouse is a useful
slide to facilitate goods are launched from the top down instead of using
Restruck. Where the activity itself inbound receiving incoming goods from the
factory in accordance with consumer demand , after the goods are in the
selection process is then put away , then picking is done in accordance with
the order form . Then in packing the goods . And ready for loading on the truck
.
As for the processes inside the warehouse Agility :
1. Inbound
In the process of inbound trucks comes with their ASN, if
there is no ASN, Agility will refuse to receive the goods from the truck. Once
there ASN and GR complete all documents will be incorporated into the goods
shed or put away.
2. Pick checking
The second is process of pick checking that items are on
order by the company and group in 1 carton.
3. Konsul – route
Consultation process - the route goods that have been input
into cartons classified according to the route of delivery. In this delivery
route in 1 SO there are some places that become a destination but still within
1 route because of that lack of efficiency of the time delay in delivery of
goods.
4. Q-C ( quality
control )
Process QC (quality control) is the process of checking
whether the goods in accordance with the orders of the company. illegible when
scanned item can be done manually.
5. Lading hand
Lading hand process is process to put the valet according to
the destination route.
6. Order
processing
The next is Order Processing. In this process, we make TMR
(transfer manifest report). One TMR just for one truck and one route. In TMR there are delivery order and also
confirmed.
7. Loading
Loading processing is checking document from order
processing.
8. Outbound
The next process is Outbound. All of the goods will delivery
to every destination route when the goods is ready to delivered and that
document is complete.
After all of the goods delivered, we have to make POD (prove
of delivery). POD is proof that the goods delivered and confirmed
